Visual Studio C++

I am currently programming on M$ VS10, using standard c++ console project

i am trying to give the executable to my friends but they all have an error saying
"MSVCP100.dll missing"
what do they need to install before running the compiled verson of my code

i tried installing the
.Net 4.0 Framework
VC++2008 redistributable
but don't work

do I have to give them with the MSVCP100 included?
