Nice site, looks very professional. A bit slow to load the page though, and I'm on quite a quick network. If I was at home I may not have waited for it to load.

Templates911? I have been getting an ICQ auth request from "Jon Mullins" with a nick of "templates911" and a website to match.... is it spam or was I requested because of my TechIMO affiliation?

ANyways, it looks good but it takes too long to load. The top image alone is 32k, 3x the size of my front page... albeit it's not as graphically intensive, but people are impatient and won't wait for it to laod.

I am on a slow DSL line (about 225k) and it loaded wiithin 5 seconds here... Looks darn good too... Love the color scheme!

Hi photos,

The size of the page is 147kb. For your main page this is pretty big. It took 1 min 5 sec using my 56k line. The images are stored on your computer and the faster times are because your browser "re-uses" the images. Hold the shift key down and then hit "reload" on your browser... this will force your server to go and grab them directly from your website instead of using the "cached" images. This will give you a truer estimate of what a first time visitor to your site will experience.

Nice graphics. Looks good....like the layout.
Like the use of whitespace and black text

As a rule.... I try to keep my business website designs under 80kb.....this usually gives about a <30 second loading time....much longer and visitors don't stick around....

These are just MHO's.....

With the advent of DSL and Cable..... those issues are quickly becoming similar to the "design for 640 width" rule of thumb, and may eventually fall by the wayside. However right now many people still use 56k dialup services.

Nice work.
