Close a process and start a .EXE automatically

Does anyone know of a simple way that I can have my computer automatically end a process and then run a .EXE file every so often?

I run a very small minecraft server for some friends, and they found a way to make it bomb quite often (27,000 blocks of TNT exploding at the same time, it is still trying to process the information anytime you get near the explosion). I currently use TightVNC to log into the server while i'm at home to close the javaw process after the server bombs. I then restart the server EXE file. I can obviously only do this when I am at home and think about it. But it would be great if I could have my computer automatically do this every 2 hours or so so that the server would never be offline for more than 2 hours. Thoughts?

There's Autohotkey which uses scripts to do tasks, but I'm not sure if you can script a timer.

You can do this with a bat script and schedule tasks.

taskkill with the /IM and wildcard then just restart it in the bat script as well
