I'm not sure what you mean? Is it the marquee effect?
marguee tags are used to have some text scroll in webpage, eg. <marquee>this text scrolls from one end of the screen to another end</marquee>
That isn't really a text file, just some text.
Could you provide an example?

Fixed it...whenever I put it in a certain folder, it won't let me chmod it...well, there's a file called scripts.htm in the scripts folder that is 0kb, and it won't let me delete it...it says "text file busy"  |
