I have used JTLnet.com for years. Good service, cheap. They have accounts starting at 7.50 a month. |

While I don't have any personal experience with the company, I have heard good things about PowWeb Hosting. Cheap and supposedly the service is good |

Of course, I'll have to recommend Arthmoor, as I'm the web designer. We work out prices based on what you want, but we're probably going to end up being cheaper than most people.
We were originally a MUD service host, but we've been getting a web site here and there. http://www.arthmoor.com

Readyhosting.com has TONS of offerings for you under 1 plan for the low cost of $8.25/mo ($99/yr.).
I've been using them for a while now and recommend them to EVERYONE who's ever asked. http://www.readyhosting.com/hosting.cfm
