For the life of me I can't find socket.pm and cgi.pm v2.4+ for YABB

This is the 2nd or 3rd time I'm trying to setup some kind of forum, previously without much success because I don't know what in the world I'm doing.

Been awhile and thought I'd give YABB another shot. But I can't seem to find a site that contains socket.pm and cgi.pm for download (for W2K). Please lend a hand if you can, thx.

Yabb requires these to be installed:
Perl 5
Cgi.pm
Socket.pm

What is the proper way to install those? I'm using IIS, btw if it matters. I know absolutely nothing about Perl or any kind of scripting, so if you fellas can guide me in that area, it'd be much appreciated.

I couldn't find diddly for a socket.pm download though...
