uploading file problem

I'm trying to upload my page via WS_FTP Pro and I get this message:
/ loaded from [Directory Listing Cache]\DIR3D.tmp
Request containts 1 file(s) already requested
Discarding new request

I've never had a problem uploading my page until yesterday.
I update it all the time.
I deleted it of my space on my server(.bizhosting) and tried to upload it but I get the same message and now I don't even have a site just a list of pics.
I can upload new images but not my .html file.

nevermind I figured it out thanks.

well, I guess I din't figure it out. I just resaved my index.html file and uploaded it and it worked and now I'm tring to upload again and I'm getting the same message. I don't want to create new index files evertime. What changed? It worked fine for a weeks.
