Why is there no Linux forum at Techimo? (or am I blind?)
Anyway.......
I'm a newbie. Once I am logged in how do I switch users (command line)?
Thanks! |

If you're looking to logout simply type just that
logout
This will enable oyu to log back in as a new user.
Also Linux is thrown into the "Apps and OS" Forum

One quick note on the su -l username.
This doesn't actually "switch" your user.
Just kinda runs as a clone on top of your other user with the new users rights. In essence two people logged in.

Or you could just switch terminals by holding down Ctrl+Alt and pressing F1, F2, F3, etc. |

We're here, ridermonkey, have no fear. Just post away, and if we see Linux in the thread subject, we get more interested!
