inserting a page into a site

hi i have a 2 pages one a main page with text link on both side and blank in the middle with the navagation bar at top how can i set it up where when u click on any of the navagation above it would display the page in the middle

Are you using MS Front page navigation menus?

ohhh ok now I understand what you mean..
Well either you can make a thousand pages that are all exact same with just the center cell containing the dynamic info... OR
You can use frames...
That way the center frame will be the only thing that changes information.
