php picture board

does anyone know of a PHP board that support (pic upload) that's similar to a forum board like vbulletin or any other forum board i need something that's not hyperliniking, it let member upload pic and where someone can reply

vbulletin is what TechIMO uses and I use it for XtremePcCentral.com and it works excellently. With Vbulletin you can choose how to either have the uploaded image show.

as a hyperlink (helps those on dial-up) so the reader can choose wheither or not to view the images

or

as the actual image in the thread. (increases load time for dial-up users and increases your bandwidth usage)

Vbulletin is PHP driven. Many people dont realize that at TechIMO as Scott uses "mod-rewrite" to list the pages as HTML to make it more search engine friendly. but it's still php.

albert, http://phpbb.com is IMO a better forum software than vbulletin. also if you go to http://smartor.is-root.com you can find an excellent portal and image gallery software among other things.
