| Webhost needed-for php mysql based sites
I am possibly needing to switch website hosting companies for several of my websites. The reason is that my hosting company sent me an email saying that I had to stay under 20 connections to the mysql database..... not sure this is a feasible thing.
#1 Is it possible to limit that from my end???
#2 Is 20 connections a huge number??
#3 Any suggestions for webhosts???
#4 Any other suggestions??
BTW..... my webhosting seems reasonably priced....about $100 year.... would want something at that price range if possible.
Thanks. |

As long as the bandwidth requirements aren't massive and the content of the websites isn't too objectionable - I can do it for free.. |

| this is a pretty good host
hey,
I am currently using lunarpages which has resulted really good for me.
If you wanna check it out, here is my site and you'll see its running just fine. http://gamebox.uwolife.com
Its withthe better business bureau and its been running for a few years now so I know i can trust it.
Some of the things it gives me are 500 MB of space, 20GB of bandwith, php, mysql and other stuff too.
I've been using it fora while and I havent had any trouble with it, so I'd recommend it.
This is the link Lunarpages.com |
