which style do you like?

i am trying to redesign my page, the first one is the newest one, so it doesnt have much content, but you get the idea. so which layout do you think i should go with?

i like the layout of the 2nd one better but im not to sure about the orange, just a suggestion but maybe a lighter blue instead

I'll vote for the 2nd layout. Better organized and superior format. The orange may be a tad bright for some, but it was fine assuming I don't have to stare at it for hours on end (like with TechIMO). Still, you probably ok with the orange.

i changed the first one a little bit, any other suggestions on what i can do to improve either? it is such a tie, does anyone strongly hate the orange? i changed the orange to a lighter blue, and it really doesnt look all that great. any ideas?
