something like ensim?

I wanted to have something like Ensim's control panel for keeping track of the cumulative bandwidth used for all of my virtual servers. Im using apache on redhat 7.3. Ensim is what I want but I want something that is free which ensim is not. Any ideas? I know i can just use webalizer and keep track of the usage but I want something more informative about in and out traffic and to automatically suspend the server if it reaches its max usage. Thanks for any help.

I'm mostly just interested in bandwidth usage. In all honesty, something like that should be pretty easy to program in perl or something... But why reinvent the wheel.
