I created an intranet site/application for a customer and it worked fine on
my testing server (Win XP Pro) and on my laptop Win 98. I went to the
customers site and set everything up (he has Windows 2000 SP3). I could not
get my asp pages to work and got all the above errors repeatedly. I searched
Msft's website and found numerous articles and suggested things to try.
After doing all of the so called "fixes" many times I was still stuck with
the same problem. I then stumbled upon this support doc on their website.

I am thinking this may be my problem since I have tried just about
everything else. Is there some reason why you have to contact them to get
this Windows 2000 Post-Service Pack 2 COM+ Hotfix Rollup Package 20 patch? I
have never seen them say to contact them for a patch? Can someone offer up
some advice for me please!? I've posted the events below. Thanks!!
