Hi there,
i'm creating my new website and i need help with the design

i want to stop my browser cache a HTML file is this possible
i thought it would work with
<head>
<META HTTP-EQUIV="Pragma" CONTENT="no-cache">
<META HTTP-EQUIV="Expires" CONTENT="-1">
</head>
but it doesnt!!
