Almost all of my web sites have at least two frames. IFrames are great for putting a lot of info into a page while keeping it easy to navigate.
There are situations where frames are bad too, but I don't run into those. Ever. |

Actually like Frames?
No.
But, as long as the sites code always lets me get to outside links and does not keep me trapped inside your frames, I would consider frames a minor nuisance; if I get trapped, you get email from me, 'cuz thats major! |

Spiders and bots can't read frames. They would only find your index page. Don't hope to be search engine friendly using frames. My Web Site Layout & Design instructor showed us how to implement frames but told us that if we submitted a layout with frames, it would count as a non submission. No frames accepted
Cheers! |

I don't like frames. They're a pain, especially if you want to print out the page you're viewing.

i think people that use frames simply haven't discovered the full potential of tables. you can do anything with a table. Frames are quite unnecessary and drive people to drink. And like I said, tables are just so much cleaner.
