My boss says it's not displaying correctly in Netscape 6. She says the curve on the left isn't lined up
Anyone else confirm this? If so, what's wrong? Site was designed strictly with Dreamweaver 4 & photoshop 6... |

hmmm.. that is odd, looks perfect on my IE 5.5 SP2
i don't have Netscape 6, but i do have older versions near me at my disposal, ill go take a look at them here in a bit to see if they are mal aligned. This way we can see if its just a crappy release of netscape, or if it effects many..
personally, i have never like netscape because it was too user friendly, kinda always in my face, and it was slow.
good job tho!  |

Looks good, IE6 SP1
I think I'd be pointing the finger at Netscape... |

looks ok in Opera 6 and 7
The only time it looked "off"
1. When the page wasnt' finished loading teh curve on the bottom side hadn't loaded yet so they didn't match .. soon as that image loaded it was fine.
2. When you SQUEEZE the page quite a bit the menubar collapses and it throws off the lining up. (and I mean you really gotta squeeze lol.. maybe she's running at 640x480!??! haha) |

I don't know guys. I'm running 2K Server SP3 w/ IE6 and the curve goes under where the "e" in home is. The page looks fine other than that, but it's just not perfect. BTW- I'm using a 15" NEC flat screen monitor at 1024x768.

Looks good........ unless your talking about the curve going through the "home" image.
That's a simple fix in the table section, if that's what your refering to. |

You got it crouse! That's exactly what I saw and I figured that's what the problem was (I guess I was wrong). If it could be moved to the left a couple of pixels it would be perfect.

well, how I did the images was I created the slices in Photoshop's ImageReady. So that's how photoshop sliced it up I'll adjust it by a pixel or 2 when I get home I guess. Thanks everyone!

| Code: <table width="100%" height="25" background="images/bar.gif" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0">
<tr>
<td>
& nbsp;& nbsp;& nbsp;& nbsp;& nbsp;& nbsp;& nbsp;& nbsp;& nbsp; & nbsp;& nbsp;& nbsp;& nbsp;& nbsp;& nbsp;& nbsp;& nbsp;& nbsp;
<a href="index.html" onMouseOut="MM_swapImgRestore()" onMouseOver="MM_swapImage('home','','images/btn-homeup.gif',1)"><img src="images/btn-homedn.gif" alt="Back to the Pro Se Home Page" name="home" width="100" height="20" border="0">
& nbsp;& nbsp;& nbsp;& nbsp;
</a> <a href="disclaimer.htm" onMouseOut="MM_swapImgRestore()" onMouseOver="MM_swapImage('disc','','images/btn-discup.gif',1)"><img src="images/btn-discdn.gif" alt="Disclaimer" name="disc" width="100" height="20" border="0"></a>
& nbsp;& nbsp;& nbsp;& nbsp;& nbsp;& nbsp;& nbsp;& nbsp;& nbsp;
<a href="sitemap.html" onMouseOut="MM_swapImgRestore()" onMouseOver="MM_swapImage('sitemap','','images/btn-sitemapup.gif',1)"><img src="images/btn-sitemapdn.gif" alt="Site Map" name="sitemap" width="100" height="20" border="0">
& nbsp;& nbsp;& nbsp;& nbsp;& nbsp;& nbsp;& nbsp;& nbsp;& nbsp;
</a> </td>
</tr>
</table> You could just add another Code: <td width=XXXX>& nbsp;</td> to your table above at the beginning....... replacing XXXX with whatever number works best. This will force the first image over that many pixels.
