Usally i do not join any top50 or whatever sites, but my site is still getting it off the ground and i want to get a few people that are regular so they can spread the word, and it will chain reaction from that.
So what are some popular top sites? I don't want too popular or no one will ever see my site, and i don't want to search at google and join each one and flood my page with buttons or such
And while we are on this subject, what about banner exchanges for tech sites?
