Have just been working on my website again, I have got it to a look that I think I like, I still need to add more content though. http://www.funlinks.orcon.net.nz
what is the loading speed like?
what do you think of how it looks? - I have tried to keep it simple
does it work?
what do you think?
How does it work in your browser? what browser?
How does it work in your resolution? - what resolution?
anything else?
cheers |

Good One Vert
I have a 56k dial up running at 46.0kbps and the page came up instantly..
Very Simple looking design and the mechanics are all there....
I use 1024x768 pixels on a 17 inch monitor I/Explorer
and win xp..
I roughly measured the monitor at 30cm wide and your website was only on the left hand side about 17cm leaving a HUGE gap to the other side of the screen..... |

I would suggest, if i may, that instead of the add link linking to just an email address, perhaps have it linked to a page with a form on it. The form can easily be linked to a cgi based mailing script to email you the details. This makes things easier for people who dont have mail clients installed. If you need help finding the cgi script, look here: http://www.scriptarchive.com/formmail.html

Loading fast (win NT4 and IE5/IE4 @work) connected through 12Mb cables ...
Cloros and design are really simple and nice ...
1024x768 , as omc1jz have said, i see a big wasted space on the right side of my browser. If you can make use of that space it would be better IMO ..
Good work ..
PS, i will open it from home when i get back (winXP Pro IE6 SP1 & Opera 7) @1152X864. |

thanks for the input
I will make a form as you suggest, I think this would look a lot better and will try and get the page centre aligned |

Nice vert, I like it. My only suggestion would be to center it. I like things centered personally and it looks like it you did it, the site would look a little bit more propotioned. |
