It'd definitely be worth it to check. My ISP gives me a total of 60mb of web space. My site consists of quite a few large images, plus I'm always hosting images that I hotlink to in this and other popular forums so I know I must use a ton of bandwidth...yet I've never even been warned about using too much from my ISP.

You could always use geocities or some other free webpage host and remotely link to your images.

I found several desktops that I like personally, most remind me of some wallpapers I've come across at Blue Mobius, Cognitive Distortions, and Digital Blasphemy...
