overclockers
Some site has a bunch of people with amd thlon xp's and the highest overclock Ive seen is 3.3GHz. are these people just good at overclocking or are they just lucky that they got a very overclockable cpu.

I would guess good OCers.
It costs alot and takes a lot of work to get a great cooling system to OC that high.
