Help with 'sliding' menu

HI everyone!

Quick question. www.microsoft.com , see the little black pop-down menu thingy in the top right corner? the one with the curve on the left side? (all products | support | search | ...)

how the **** do they do that?!?!?!?

I see in the source its javascript but is there a way to do it in Dreamweaver or Fireworks? (i have them both) I can get the pop-up menu's to work but how do I make it slide with the screen size?

if there is a way I sure cant figure it out! lol!

anyone know if there is anything I can do with DW or FW??

oh.. forgot to say, if you download the entire page, you should be able to get source code/files to recreate the menu, adding your own changes ...
