hey chris,

the model is NR041

I didnt mention it so far, but when i connect from the box running the server thru no-ip.com it can connect to the site... is it some kind of security issue on my box, which allows me to connect with the same ip as the server. or in other words, does iis allows me to view the page cuz I am in the same lan??

i think that Charter blocks port 80. try running the server on port 81. then post and i'll try to pull it up. i needa catch a bite to eat and then i'll check back in.

is it possible your ISP is blocking port 80, 21,53 etc etc for inbound requests??

try running the sever on a screwball port number aboce 1024 and see if it can be connected to with
