I know it was closed because of spamming but is it unfair for starving stundents like me who have to share the same connection and their anouncement of their very personal webpage ?
And moreover, what I want to anounce there is NOT about the website, I want to anounce my PROJECT instead and don't care about how the site is. If I just want to show my website, I can put the address in my 'personal --> homepage section' as the rules here.
