i purchase a account online but i haven't transfer my domain as yet the hosting company gave me a ipaddress example 111.22.333.44/~techimo i can connect with ftp fine but when i try to setup a ftp account for someone else it does not work this is what i did in ws_ftp account name mike
domain or IP : 111.22.333.44
user Name : mike@111.22.333.44.com
Password : f123456
when i try it on another account with a domain name it work, can anyone help me out
