Personally, I would rather not lower my macro security level, with all the corporate risk and all, but the concept is quite interesting.

I had thoughts about that when I first started writing the games. After research I discovered there are thousands of Excel add-ins and workbooks that require macros - and these are business workbooks (not games!).
Excel won't run _any_ macros at all in the default High security mode (you don't even get asked). I tend to run my Excel in Medium - that way I get asked before any worksheet can run anything, and those I don't trust I just click Disable Macros.
