Is there anybody know any free webhost?
storage about 20-30Mb,no adds,banner or popups. Ftp. Address doesnt need to be nice.

angelfire has 20mb and ftp, but some popups when visiters go

I am not sure about Singapore, but a lot of ISPs provide free webspace of some sort.
