How popular is your website with regards other site links?

TouchGraph offers a Google derived popularity graphic for a site. Just enter the website, click on the Graph it! button and watch the show. Stunning.

Uh yeah. You've heard of Java, right? People either use it, or don't. Very very few people are surprised when a site requests a Java plugin. Either you're one of the people that don't use such Java gizmos (and then this'll just be one of the millions of web sites you can't visit) or you should install Java.

Nice utility, but it keeps locking my IE when I try to leave or test another URL. Might be a glitch in my machine's Java setup.

I take it the sites entered must be listed in Google somewhere? Really small sites, like some of my friends have, don't seem to show up.

This script must just search for links in the Google database. I ran it against our site here at UIUC, which must have a thousand links to it, and it only showed one. Still, it's interesting to try different sites.

I have lockups under Opera 7.10, W98SE, and Sun Java Runtime Environment version 1.4. I simply close the spawned window, and enter a new URL in the parent window and have no lockup problems. I suspect that the Java applet thingy hasn't been coded correctly to handle window ownership. Still, was it not fun?

I tried beemerworld.com and many variations there of and nothing.
If I try beemerworld.com/tips I get the world of linkage.

How come it doesn't pick up on just beemerworld.com yet if you do a google search I'm all over it?

I only get about 70,000 hits a month so I don't expect to many links from this.

Cheers!
