good webhosting with SSL - Tech Support Forums

I'm looking for a good webhosting service that includes SSL. Also I am looking for one that has plans paid monthly so I can get out of it easily if it is not good.

I am not sure about the OS but anything that supports windows. I am using dreamweaver as my editor.

What, exactly, are you looking to have hosted? What do you need supported? PHP, Perl, asp?

I am looking for a webhosting plan that is good for a reseller. I am looking for specifically one that supports SSL and/or one that offers SSL with the plans. Flexible plans are a must. One that can be upgraded easily and one that can be canceled easily and one that is by month not yearly contracts.
