My lastest web site - opinions please...

Schlea Visual Arts

This is my lastest web site design. This was designed with A LOT of help from the client. As you can see he is a photographer and a very picky one at that (in a really good way). I would like some opinions of the site, please. Not much I can change since this is what the client is wanting. You do not need to mention that you dislike the FLASH intro, just skip it and let me know how the site loads, etc.
thanks as always...

thank KOP - this guy is so talented - those pictures do not do it justice - hated to make them small but dial up people need to be able to look at them too

Nice setup!
Clean presentation and easily navigable.
Keeping it simple is always best, and using the black bacround really pops out those vibrant colors.
Good Job!

No...smaller is better, some people dont realize what a huge percentage of people are on dialup.
They are not too small either!

Overall I like it, only 2 things stood out to me.
At the end of the flash intro it has both "Kirk Schlea Photograph" and "Schlea Visal Arts". A bit confusing with 2 names.

Also, the galleries look great, but once you get done clicking all the photos you have to click back alot to get to the home page. This is more a function of how I surf, since there is a home button and im sure most people use it.

Overall its great. It does a good job of showing your tallents in photography and site building. Has a nice professional feel to it.

Is the about page off center in your browser? Anyones?
I've got my display at 1280 x 1024

I like the site Looks great.

Oops I guess he wanted it that way or its' supposed to be like that
It's all good with the front page (welcome) well balanced, including the other pages with pics, but the about page with all text seems off to me, perhaps it should be realigned?.

That is some awesome work you have there. Very nice, the blackbackground works with everything I love the high quality pictures and the professional web design.

On a side note, what kind of camera does your client use? A digital SLR? or a good old fashioned SLR?
