Lost Domain name..

My little sister bought jokersurf.com and was supposed to organise a website but she is now on holiday for a year ..

Ive tried contacting her to find out WHO she registered with and if she has a password?? No reply..

Is there a way i can take control of the domain name ????

Or find out where its registered??? This is my family's business and i have to build a site ASAP...

Any Ideas..

Looks like it is registered at www.networksolutions.com and pointed to a dsl provider for hosting

as far as getting a password... she is THE ONLY one who can do that. Or, do you have access to the jokersurf@VIRGILIO.IT email addy? If you do, you could get them to email the password there. Otherwise, you'd be better off hunting your sister down.

I dont think it would have had anything to do with virgilo.it thats what i get when i type in jokersurf.com to my browser..

How did u come up with network solutions? At least thats in english...

Ive left a few emails on her hotmail account but i think shes in ireland at the moment and i dont know how well internet cafes are goin there!!

I did a whois search with network solutions and i got a screenie attached...

Virgillio seems to pop up again...

Should i email Marco Masala????

It looks like he is the owner of this domain name!!

It would appear that Marco is the owner. Perhaps she bought it off of one of the "shady" resellers and doesnt actually own it.
