The CEO of Vercel (Caleb Chung) asked me to redesign his website.

The furby on the front is a temp space holder untill I can talk to him about the actual content he wants on the site. (He invented the furby is why I used it not something else)

| Dont take this the wrong way...
but its gonna take some to out do what they already have imo... im sure you read through the current site, they're like inventors of toys... the website they have is bright, a little alternative, cool (the color changing background messed my head up, but i liked it), flash... im actually not quite sure why they're changing it, it seems pretty perfect for what they are about.
I think the history page gives all the direction you need... phrases like:
entertainment, easy to use, accessable, information, most importantly fun
...and the quote from Caleb:
"We are creating full spectrum products that span entertainment and productivity, with a strong emphasis on youthful lifestyle"
I just can't see a (and again please dont take this the wrong way) "standard clan site webpage" suitable for that company. Flash would seem the best bet (with it still being quite fresh), although if they are looking for an html site for visitors without flash i would base it loosely on what they already have =/
Sorry if that sounded bad, i could be off the mark and they'll love it, im just saying it how i see it, i would hope people would also do the same for me when i put forward my work. Hope you understand and best of luck with it.

Thanks you much! Finally some one with some constructive criticism!
I showed him what I drew up for Telsoft Inc. And that’s the general direction he wants to go. With the up and coming release of the Vercel ED – 1 (name will be changed) the site needs to be geared to something less flashy. He designs toys but the Vercel ED – 1 is a PDA like device.

maybe you should do something with the logo because it doesnt really fit in there, dunno why (hope i'm helping  )
