PHP Photo Album/Gallery

I'm looking for a Photo Album or Gallery that works with PHP and allows user galleries, categories with sub categories, user ratings, comments etc..

Know of any free ones?

I'm currently using Smartors Photo Album which does all of the above except for the sub categories and its free.
