mdb driven website

i am rebuilding a website that has become too big over the years to remain static. i need to add a search engine now to enable users to find anything on the abundance of pages. i have a vb script that searches the text within the html documents that works but it is rather slow and pretty intensive on the server. the server is a win2k box running iis so i was thinking about making a database in Access. basically i want to be able to put the product name, description and a photo of each product in the database and then query the database on an asp search page. how much access knowledge is needed to created a database driven site such as this? i am a bit of a newbie to this concept so does anybody know of any good websites or tutorials that explains the nuts and bolts of getting a website up and running using an access mdb?

cheers

IMO you should use something Like MySQL for the database engine instead. Access databases are ok, but I think you'd be better off for the future by doing it for a "real" database engine right away. It's basically the same, except for the GUI (Access does have a major advantage there).
