PHP on apache2

ok runing win2k, Apache 2.0.45.0

I have php installed works fine on Apache 1.3

I have read the docs FAQ and so on and it just says enable the mod LoadModule php4_module "c:/php/sapi/php4apache2.dll"
config mime types and a few other things which i did anyway but as soon as i try to start up apache2 it say can't load LoadModule php4_module any ideas !!

I have also bunged that dll in WINNT\system32 folder as some sugested but still no good.

I did a command line on C:\php\php phpinfo.php and got back about 9 dll missing from C:\Apache2\php\extensions
do I need these to run the module
