Good Secure CMS???

Hi all,

I am about to start up a new site but am in a bit of a pickle. I would like to use a content management system that is secure. I know that postnuke is better then PHPnuke in terms of security but even postnuke has its problems. I have experimented with e107 and like it for a short period of time but that was enough for me. I am not looking to spend any money here. Thanks for any links you can provide.

Any of them have their vulnerabilities..... so you have to stay on top of the security issues if your going to use one. Postnuke, and PHPnuke have a large userbase so security issues are usually fixed rather quickly. As long as you keep your code updated with the patchs as they become available, it is fairly secure.

Linux Mandrake's MandrakeClub.com uses phpnuke..... Seems fairly stable, even with the tons of hits it gets everyday.

Here is a good place to find other systems.....

I haven't personally used it, but I've heard good things about Mambo Open Source.

There's also eNvoloution, which is a fork and re-write of the PostNuke source.
