How do get these and are there any persons out there who can provide these for me.

There are plent of DNS services you can use out there, just search google and set them up to point somehwere

Thanks brandon- zoneedit was good, i had to then send the ip adds and nameserves to the registrars, he came back with a message that @ next servers bump at 12.45pm, what does he mean???
