Runtime Error

I've just installed phpBB2 forum software on Lycos.co.uk. Whenever I access my Admin Control Panel and try to access any of the forum Admin categories I get this strange error prompt http://img.villagephotos.com/p/2003-3/117830/error.jpg Since I have the Admin panel work for me for very breif moments I am suspecting there is something wrong with browser or something else internal in windows. This morning everything was seeming to work fine then when my AIM tried to access the internet i got the prompt again. I don't know if AIM trying to access the intenet has anything to do with it but I just happened to get the error prompt as the AIM service tried to get online. I decided to post here since in the error prompt it says error title is "Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library. I don't believe there is anything wrong with the forum software since it has been fully funtional for brief moments. Any advice would be great thanks.
