I have a mailing list, and I usually just send a standard email to everyone on it. But is there any good software that does it for you, and put's their name in the email?
There is software like that. I'm sure a lot of it costs a lot of money, i.e., Broadcast Email. Alternatively, once can write code in ASP or ASP.Net or VB that does what you need. The only problem is that your data has to be readily accessible, meaning the names and email addresses need to be in a database or text file or something similar.
Sounds like somebody is looking to do a little spamming. Seriously though, how many of the same e-mail are you looking to send out to different people? Why not just type it all up by hand?
There is no way Techimo sends out email all typed from hand or via an address book in outlook. If I had over 20 customers/users in a business or website, I would have to use some sort of software to email people on my list.
try a list manager.. plenty of them on the web......
it it's somthing like a newsletter a email list manager would work great.. but if it's something that could be a 2 way thing.. why not try yahoo groups or something similar??
