XP Pro config with IIS and Perl

Hi everybody

My problem must be basic, but I can't resolve it...

I run XP Pro, installed the included IIS and downloaded and installed the ActiveState Perl 5.8, configured it and it runs smooth... except when my cgi scripts try to open a file in write mode... (I use a lot of parsing with the cgi scripts, so I oftne open files in read mode, no trouble)

Did anyone ever encountered the same trouble? To be fair, I configured a brand new notebook with the very same process and I get the very same result : the site works fine until I try to write in a file...

Just as a complement : when I try to open a file in write mode, I get a 502 Bad gateway error message. If it helps... :-)
