| Webdesign needed ($90-$140)
Hi all I need a website and am willing to pay between $90 and $140 depending on how good it is.
Here is what i need:
A Very goodlooking website which gives off an air of superiority, yet simple to use and professional. I will shortly have a logo as it is being designed at the moment, and obvious the website must go with the logo.
A members only section, a signup page and restricted members only area.
Extra: A good looking flash movie (will pay extra)
The website in question is KRPR.co.uk a night club and bars promotion service in london.
If you are interested then please post here or pm me if u have questions, thanks! |

No one interested? I tried myself www.krpr.co.uk/main.htm but don't think it is that great. But I am looking for something similar to that, you could work off it if you are interested. Not enough money? |

$90 - $140 is (quite) low for a quality web design. |

Yeah your design is mediocre. You need to fork up some more cash. |

First of all don't take it personally what I'm about to say but I am giving you some honest advice based on my own personal opinion.
Your website looks like crap.
You are using the most boring drab colours imaginable.
Your ye-olde style banners and sheild thingy made me think that I was at some type of geanology "find your familys coat of arms" type site.
Correct me if I am wrong but if you are going to be promoting night clubs and bars then your site needs to be upbeat, funky and "gettin down bro" and all that stuff. Think lots of guys and chicks thumpin on the dance floor to 1000 decibel doof doof music. Thats what your promoting, so your site needs to have that image. A small flash movie perhaps a panorama of a dance floor scene with the strobe light flashing would look good but only in a small window thats quick loading. About the size of your "flash movie here" would look good.
Watch your local Saturday morning Top 40 music video show and that should give you heaps of inspiration and ideas. if I was a nightclub manager I would want to know that the promotions company I am using was "Into my scene" so to speak.
As already mentioned your not going to get much for $140.00. What you have already done would have cost more than that. However if you know a bit about website design then consider using a template and changing it to suit.
Something like this. Nightclub
or this Another one
Or perhaps this. Another one
There are heaps of sites selling templates and most of them are fairly cheap to buy.
On the other hand if its Ye-olde English tavern your promoting then your site looks great. |

Haha, thanks a lot trueman, the criticism is much appreciated. It was not meant to be used as the actual website, just playing off it to get ideas.
Ok, firstly, and this isn't having a go at you at all, but we are not trying to appeal to regular clubbers, we are very specific aiming at rich people who like to think they are very important, and hence the website must have a 'we are so superior' feel to it. They're not into the 'boom boom' music, but thanks for the advice anyway, but i was looking for web design advice rather then marketing advice but appreciate the help.
Yeah you're right, $140 isn't enough, but I guy I used before did me a fairly good looking site for $100 so I thought that was being generous, but wasn't thinking! Have looked on elance and those templates you suggested, they look very good i will look into how much they can be customised.
The criticism and wit is much appreciated, thanks a lot I will take your advice. |

Seems like money shouldnt be a limiting factor, KRPR.co.uk needs to think about how much return they can get from a well designed and executed site---looks like you may be on the right track tho... |
