A truck is a large vehicle usually used for transporting bulk goods or other materials. (Wikipedia), To serve its intended purpose, a truck has to have sufficient ground clearance. A "dropped" truck is therefore an oxymoron.

It's called a show truck. It does ZERO hauling. In fact, there is no bed space left to do any hauling.
