Single resonator to fabricated y-joint, split out to two glass packs. The 3.5" chrome tips were cut and welded directly over the glasspacks. The glasspacks are suspended from metal rods instead of rubber hangers.
Sadly, the years of heat and neglect are starting to take a toll on the chrome finsih of the tips. Ideally, I need to break out a buff ball to polish the chrome. The tips could also use a little sanding and touchup underneath, as I keep dragging them - sometimes entering and exiting parking lots.
Anyway, I have less then $200 in the job from the y-joint back. While the setup did used to look better when new, it probably now sounds better since the glasspacks have pretty much burnt out.
