Not an LT any more; heck not even military any more..... although I did just get a letter, last month, telling me I have been promoted to Captain in the Individual Ready Reserves.
That Lt Col. would be my squadron commander. He is, quite possibly, the coolest and best commander that the squadron has ever seen. You should see his front view. He IS Peter Griffin from the Family Guy. It is unreal.

Thank you, everyone. I really like the idea of serving my country. It is important and it truly gives me an appreciation for what this country offers its citizens.....even the democrats.
=P
But seriously, I believe in it so much that I have convinced my oldest to follow suite. He leaves for basic training on January 22nd and I have never been more proud of him.
=)

The Air Force is awsome !! My brother is in the Air Force, he was in the AF acadamy with a full scholarship ... it's a hard college but if you can get in... it's worth it... wish i would have...
