fvwm - weather

I choose this view because it also tracks which hemisphere the sun is shining on.

Hmm I've never used that (xplanet) is it dynamic data (constantly updated), or how often does it change?

Very nice, I was going to set xplanet up as my wallpaper but never got around to it. I believe it can be scripted to get real time cloud data (and other weather stuff).

hey people!
vass - it updates every hour if i am logged into an X seesion.

Eddy - this is ewxactly what this is dooing, the weather patterns around the earth are downloaded to my computer several times a day. its cool! there is a PET on it over to ljr if ya wanna do this yourself, it is definatley a 'because i can' kinda thing
