Holy crap! What about checking that computer with Spybot - S&D too, you might find some malicious stuff that Ad-Aware didnt find in the first place. Thats what I would do at least.

yeah did that too as well as noadware which works great. thats the trouble when you have a woman who doesnt have a clue about computers and she has 3 little daughters who all use it.

Wow!! I fixed one 2 weeks ago that had 900 in Ad-aware and over 800 in Spybot, I thought that was a lot.
