Very Nice... I like a "Brick" home... to bad they didn't offer that to me when i built my home... .. even though they offer it now... !!

Thanks, the most important thing for me was the neighborhood, went through and met people, etc. beforehand. But I decided beforehand that "brick" would be a deciding issue as well.

Looks nice and sturdy! Thats my kind of garage; provides cover, yet quick enter/exit.

A little yard work would make a nice picture.

Yeah, it's sturdy. The window guy told me if I locked my keys in and was able to break a window, they'd replace it. The other doors are steel, one has glass but it's double pane tempered. The chimney is supposed to be unenterable.

Alot of people with this type of setup don't realize the crawl space over the carport is a potential entry point. Specially with a vehicle parked there. You can fix it but need to include reinforcement. I have entry point, sound, and motion sensors inside.

I do live in the country a bit but don't feel the need to be schooled by some fool with a crowbar.
